If you have decided to have a baby shower for a close friend, familyy member, or whoever and you have no ides where to start then here are a few ideas that you should find helpful.

When the guest list is completed you will have an idea of how many guests will be attending. This helps you now how much drink, food, and favors for the party you need to have. All of the guests will get into the baby shower mood by playing these games. One of my favourite baby shower games is to have the guests estimate how many sheets of toilet paper the expecting mothers belly is. Outcomes from this game will surprise you. Baby shower games are fun and everybody enjoys them, it helps break the ice and get all of the guests into a baby shower mode.
The main event at the baby shower will be when the mom to be gets to open the gifts for the new baby. Every woman loves to watch because it is so exciting being able to view all of the tiny outfits and baby items. The gifts help the mom to be a lot as the first few months of raising a baby can be expensive. If the baby's sex has been announced this will make the gift giving much easier for guests but if it has not bee announced then be sure to stress to the guests that unisex items would be best. Another great idea is to get the mom to be to register at online stores and some retail stores. Many guests will find this very helpful, and easier for gift giving.
