Nancy Ajram vs. Haifa wehbe?

I'm a persian guy living in Iran. Many persian music channels started to show clips of Haifa and Nancy since 2003.
It made us know these two arab singers. But the general opinions about these two are completely different. Nancy is considered as modest, cute, fun and artist, But for haifa, everyone considers her as a whore. I think its because her clothing and erotic clips.
In your opinion, what is the reason Nancy could be very popular in Iran? Her hit was Ah w Noss and akhasmak ah in my country.
and from new clips, Ehsas jedid and ya tabtab.
One reason is that naturally Iranians are very good with lebanese poeople.
I wish I can be in one of Nancy's concerts.
BTW, in arab world, which one is more popular? among all singers, where does nancy stand?

I think Nancy has a better voice but I think she is fake I mean she used to be really ugly before her surgeries and even now she doesn't look that good.
As for Haifa, she isn't really a good singer but she can be a good model or actress.I don't think that's true, its called art and expression, Britney spears, Madonna, Janet jackson and all the big American and European artists are even worse if you compare with her so what's the problem.
I would say Nancy is quite famous but I think Haifa is more successful in general
