Armstrong Bands

Many uses have been attributed to armstrong bands since they were offered to the public in 2004. These armstrong bands are being used for things that we never imagined.

For example, a cherry red armstrong bands was introduced in order to make the highways safer. Here the car drivers received a red bracelet with the message “say no to risk” which remembered them to always drive safely and responsibly. Hospitals also use armstrong bands to prevent wrong medications to patients. Some other armstrong bands were distributed to pageants in order to reduce car accidents in downtown. This way, people was instructed to always look in both directions before crossing the streets.

Schools are considering armstrong bands to collect funds for different activities. For instance, many schools distributed armstrong bands to reduce anti-bullying inside the classrooms. Here many students wore blue armstrong bands to show their support against any kind of discrimination. This was done with the aim of showing the students that even if someone was different from them; it did not mean that they should treat others differently.

Custom armstrong bands were distributed in Winchester in order to prevent possible dangers during the Halloween night. The Firefighters gave out wristbands with the message “give respect and get respect”. These armstrong bands were distributed among youths in order to make them remember to act passively and have fun.

Moreover, many clinics and hospitals in Pennsylvania are using armstrong bands from different colors for certain purposes. For instance, different colors are attributed to specific medical conditions. Purple armstrong bands means do not resuscitate, pink wristbands refer to extreme constraint, and green indicates risk of latex allergy.

Some other armstrong bands are used for children’s safety. For instance, fluorescent colored armstrong bands can be used to find missing children in shopping centers, stadiums, parks, circus, etc. Here any person or police officer can call the phone number printed on these wristbands to speak to the parents of the missing child. These armstrong bands can be a good idea that brings confidence to parents when shopping.
